Consistency in service quality is a key factor that we focus on. We strive to deliver on the above by being a process driven organization focused on continuous improvement. We identify metrics for every process in line with client expectations, and measure it periodically. We leverage tools and methodologies of Six Sigma and continuously try to improve our performance.
